Just like your skin, your skincare products are precious so we take the utmost care to delivery them promptly and meticulously.
Postage within Australia
- Flat fee up to 3kg $15.00 including GST
- Fastway Couriers within three (3) business days to most areas
- Australia Post Express to remote or out of zone areas
International Postage (countries outside Australia)
- International parcels are sent by International Express Courier Post as a preference
- Prices vary depending on weight and destination

Returns
Your satisfaction is of primary importance. If any of our products cause you dissatisfaction, please contact us at orders@drnatashacook.com or call 1800 814 669
We will need to assess returns of our skincare products on a case-by case basis to determine your concern and rationale.
We need to be notified within 7 days.
If there is a postage or handling issue upon receiving your order please notify us within seven (7) days from receipt of delivery.
Terms and conditions of sample pack purchase:
Purchase of the sample pack is non-refundable based on personal preference. If in the case of an adverse reaction please contact our team at orders@drnatashacook.com or telephone 1800 814 669.
How to make a return
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
The product must be in original condition.
The return must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of the product.
Please retain your postal or courier receipt when returning any goods. You or we may need to follow this up.
Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
This is at the discretion of management.
